It gets talked about a lot but do you know what people mean by emotional resilience? It sounds as if it is a good thing to have but how can we be more resilient? What can we do to make the struggles we face easier to manage?
This 10 week course will look at emotions, exploring their purpose and how they affect us. It will then explore skills that can help us to manage our emotions in times of stress through mindfulness and more practical based approaches. Finally, this course will look at how we can approach a stressful situation and choose an effective path through or past it.
