Mind and Sole is a group that has been set up to help people living with a Mental Health illness. With peer to peer support, We are encouraging people to build their confidence to exercise every day.  When we can create a routine we then make healthier eating choices, encourages better sleeping pattern and this helps people on their recovery path. People within the group have lived experience and although everyone’s symptoms and feelings are completely different to someone else’s we are all coping in the same way, if we can help someone feel like they are not on their own, then that is amazing.

With walking groups in Alnwick and Amble and open water dipping sessions there is certainly plenty for everyone.
