Mondays 10.30 – 11.30 – Mindful Mondays gentle exercise and chat with Hala

Mondays – 11.30 – 1pm series of sessions run by Anna Corbett, exploring the properties of the tree featured in this lunar calendar month.

Mondays 2.00 – 4.00 pm  this is our regular raised bed/herb gardening session with Jill Schnabel, who will also be running some teaching sessions around herbs and well-being in the summer.  You will need to register to attend this session in person as there is only a limited number of places, you can do so here

  • We’d also be happy to hear from any woman who would like to get some support, and our offer of one-to-one mentoring will continue through the summer.
  • COVID restrictions eased on 19 July but we would ask that you still register to attend sessions in person so we know how many people will be attending.  Women’s Workshop want everyone to feel safe in our venues, so we will keep them well-ventilated and keep numbers low to enable some social distancing; and if any participant wants to wear a mask, we would ask all participants to wear a mask. If you can’t register online, please email to confirm your place.
