Join our safe and inclusive autism support group where we will be discussing a new topic each week. Workshops include topics such as what is autism, masking, emotional regulation, meltdown/shutdown, empathy, social skills/communication and much more.
No formal diagnosis is required.
IMPORTANT. These sessions will be interactive and will encourage participants to share their own thoughts and experiences. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and seek further clarification during every session.
This session is free and open to anyone aged 18+ who lives or works in Northumberland. If you are interested, please fill out our Enrolment Form and email nrc@everyturn.org to be added onto our waiting list.
