Learn how to develop your own personal Wellness Recovery Action Plan to aid you in your day to day wellbeing, and in those difficult times.

These workshops aim to provide you with skills and knowledge to maintain your wellbeing. The session aims to help decrease and prevent intrusive or troubling feelings and behaviours, increase personal empowerment, improve quality of life and help you to achieve your own life goals and dreams.
