A journey into yourself through movement and dance, both guided and free… moving mindfully to express not to impress.
A dance and movement meditation is to allow the music, words, themes, and rhythms to bring your attention to the ‘now’ and to what you feel and experience as you move.
Lose yourself in the dance, and you will find yourself.
If you are the kind of person who likes to dance like no one is watching, or at least would like to try, this is for you!
No experience necessary, ideal for anyone new or unfamiliar to movement and dance as a meditation practice.
Suitable for ‘every body’ all abilities.
Each dance session includes a warmup, cool down and closes with a guided relaxation. Know always that you have the choice to sit out or pause at any time during the sessions if you need to. This is not high impact exercise but if you have any physical health issues, we recommend you consult your doctor before joining us.
