Gentle Yoga for Long Covid: a taster  

Yoga for Long Covid is about creating the conditions for our body to gradually heal.  Soothing and balancing the nervous system. Improving the mechanics of functional breathing which benefits the health of all body processes as well as helping energy production in our cells

Exploring through mindful movement, breathing and relaxation practices that can be done seated or lying down, on the floor or bed.  The class will also be relevant and supportive for those with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia.   

Sally brings her considerable experience and study of therapeutic yoga and her personal experience of having and recovering from CFS.
