Come and enjoy the amazing relaxing and uplifting properties of sound during this gong bath. Lie or sit comfortably, close your eyes and be immersed in waves of mesmerizing sounds from various instruments including Himalayan singing bowls, drums and gongs.
Please bring a mat to lie on, a pillow and blankets or a sleeping bag to keep you warm and comfortable during the gong bath.
