Are you looking for a way to start the new year with a focus on investing time in your own growth and well being?
Why not join us in our newly formed happiness and well being club where we’ll be creating a space each week that will help ground us back into a more peaceful, centred state of being that gives us the power to do and cope with whatever comes our way.
Each week we’ll have a different focus or theme such as kindness, self care or relaxation to explore and work more deeply with as we choose.
We’ll be using a variety of creative and reflective practices to support our journey together which could include things such as meditation , mindfulness, crafts, music, vision creation, random acts of kindness or whatever other magic comes our way.
