Led by an NHS Health Trainer our 4 week healthy lifestyle programme will help you identify different ways and tips to live a healthy lifestyle, it will give you the knowledge and understanding to make more decisions around your health and wellbeing.
Each week we will cover a different topic. You do not have to attend all four sessions, attend whichever ones you choose.
Week 1- Eatwell guide, 5 a day
Week 2- Fats and Sugars
Week 3- Energy dense foods and food labelling
Week 4- Physical activity and 5 ways to wellbeing
