Mindful Mamas

Join us to meet other mums who are experiencing similar challenges of being a parent. We will be creating a child-free space each week that will ground mothers back into a more peaceful, centered state of being, giving them the power to cope with whatever comes their way.

Open to all female primary care givers of children aged 0-19. Please fill out our Enrolment Form and email nrc@everyturn.org to book your space.
