Wellness Recovery Action Plan

A WRAP is a flexible document that gives you the opportunity to create a plan to monitor your wellbeing. A WRAP is a personal document that can be used to create a structured system to manage distressing symptoms through planned responses. This course will focus on wellness tools, early warning signs, triggers and crisis through to post-crisis planning.

This is a 5 session course beginning with an introductory session to WRAP. Throughout the course there will be focus on the five key elements of WRAP; hope, personal responsibility, education, self-advocacy and support.
