Fun Free Fitness for all
This class is designed to help individuals of all ages and fitness levels get active and improve their physical health. They offer a variety of activities, exercises and cardio workouts, all of which are led by certified instructors. The best part is that the class is completely free, making it accessible to everyone in our community. This class is run every Monday from 2pm for 30 minutes and is then followed by health and dietary advice which is delivered by a Health trainer from Northumberland County Council.
