Stress Awareness Day – 2nd November 2022
Wednesday 2nd November 2022 is Stress Awareness Day. Millions of people around around the UK experience stress and it can be extremely damaging to our health and wellbeing.
Better Health – Every Mind Matters has a range of resources including the free, NHS-approved Mind Plan, available on the Every Mind Matters website.
By answering five short questions people get a personalised mental health action plan, providing practical tips to help them deal with stress and anxiety, boost their mood, sleep better and feel more in control.
