Wellness Recovery Action Plan Course – Build Your Own Wellness Toolkit 

Looking to take control of your wellbeing and create a personalised plan that works for you? Join our WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) course – a practical and empowering journey to help you stay well and resilient.

WRAP® is a wellness and recovery approach that helps people to:

  • decrease and prevent intrusive or troubling feelings and behaviours
  • increase personal empowerment
  • improve quality of life
  • achieve their own life goals and dreams

To get the most from this course, we ask that participants are available to attend all sessions.

Dates/times:

  • Monday 23rd March 1pm-5pm
  • Monday 30th March 9am-5pm
  • Monday 13th April 1pm-5pm

All of our sessions are free to any adult who lives or works in Northumberland.
