Join us for a practical workshop on unhelpful thinking styles and their impact on our well-being. We’ll delve into common cognitive patterns like catastrophizing, black-and-white thinking, and overgeneralization, exploring how they shape our outlook. You’ll learn to recognize these patterns and develop healthier thought processes that promote a more positive mindset.
