Families and Carers Programme (FACTS)

18May2026

Online

Monday’s 3pm-5pm, between 11th May - 15th June*

This 6-week course is for family, carers and friends of individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder / Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, or similar emotional and relational difficulties (diagnosis not required).

We will have introductory sessions on 20th/27th April, with the official course starting on 11th May*.

The programme will be delivered by the  HOPE Team (CNTW)  and brings together people who are supporting someone with similar mental health difficulties, providing a supportive space to share experiences, learn effective support strategies, and prioritise their own well-being.

During the course, you will learn:
• What BPD/EUPD is, and how to manage associated emotional and relational difficulties
• Skills to help you rebuild relationships and reduce conflict
• How best to support your relative or friend
• How to cope with your feelings

Further information about this course can be found here:  Families and Carers Training and Support Programme (FACTS) | Anna Freud

Please note, this course is just for family/carers, and not for people with BPD/EUPD. Limited spaces available.

*Dates: 20th April – 15th June (not running on bank holidays on 4th & 25th May)
