Family and Carer Programme (FACTS)

02Nov2026

Online

Mondays 1pm-3pm 2nd Nov - 7th Dec

Are you supporting or caring for someone with complex emotional support needs? Or do you have complex emotional support needs yourself, and feel that someone close to you could benefit from learning more about how to best support you?

This 6-week course is for family, carers and friends of individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder / Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, or similar emotional and relational difficulties (diagnosis not required).

The programme will be delivered by the H.O.P.E. Team and brings together people who are supporting someone with similar mental health difficulties, providing a supportive space to share experiences, learn effective support strategies, and prioritise your own well-being. Further information about the H.O.P.E. Team and who they support can be found here: Helping Overcome Personal and Emotional Difficulties (H.O.P.E.) Team – CNTW

We will be running an online introductory session on the 19th October at 1pm. Followed by a 6-week course starting on 2nd November.

If you would like to know more about this course or join the introductory session, please get in touch and we can provide further information and send you the joining link: email  nrc@everyturn.org  /  call 07970228823
