We all wear masks at times – at work, with family, or in social situations. But how often do we stop to explore who we really are underneath them? This creative and supportive 8 week course offers a safe space to explore identity, confidence, and self-acceptance through art, discussion, and reflective activities. Join us to build confidence, develop resilience, and reconnect with your authentic self. No artistic experience is needed – just an open mind.
These sessions will run between 16th March – 18th May, not including bank holidays (see flyer for dates).
We recommend attending all/as many sessions as you can for maximum benefit. This session is free and open to anyone aged 18+ who lives or works in Northumberland. Booking required.
