Masks Off

We all wear masks at times – at work, with family, or in social situations. But how often do we stop to explore who we really are underneath them? This creative and supportive group offers a safe space to explore identity, confidence, and self-acceptance through art, discussion, and reflective activities. Join us to build confidence, develop resilience, and reconnect with your authentic self. No artistic experience is needed – just an open mind.

This session is free and open to anyone aged 18+ who lives or works in Northumberland. If you’re already enrolled with us, simply email nrc@everyturn.org to book your space. If you’ve not enrolled with us and wish to join, please complete our Referral Form first.
