Rhythms at the Heart of Wellbeing

Community drum circles are informal, friendly get togethers to make ‘in-the-moment’ rhythmic music, with drums and percussion instruments. Drumming together can help us reduce stress and anxiety, develop confidence, aid relaxation and increase a sense of wellbeing. Drums and percussion are provided. You are welcome to come along to any or all sessions.
