Sound Bath

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive and relaxing experience using a variety of instruments in a therapeutic and restorative way to help you relax, unwind and restore balance to Body, Mind & Spirit. Followed by a cuppa and chat afterwards.

Please note: you cannot attend during 1st Trimester of pregnancy or if you have Sound Induced Epilepsy, Pace Maker/DBS.

This session is free and open to anyone aged 18+ who lives or works in Northumberland. If you’re already enrolled with us, simply email nrc@everyturn.org to book your space. If you’ve not enrolled with us and wish to join, please complete our Referral Form first.
