Families and Carers Training and Support Programme (FACTS):
This 6-week course is for family, carers and friends of individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder / Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, or similar emotional and relational difficulties (diagnosis not required). The programme will be delivered by the HOPE Team and brings together people who are supporting someone with similar mental health difficulties, providing a supportive space to share experiences, learn effective support strategies, and prioritise their own well-being.
Neuro Chat & Connect:
A relaxed and friendly online social group where neurodivergent people can connect, chat and enjoy time together in a welcoming and supportive space.
W.R.A.P – Wellness Recovery Action Plan course
This course supports individuals to develop your own personalised toolkit to support your recovery or help you to stay well. You can find out more about WRAP here: What Is WRAP? – Wellness Recovery Action Plan
Delivered in-person as either 4 or 8 week course, delivered by trained WRAP facilitators.
Course Locations: Usually delivered at St. Georges, Morpeth. Or we are also considering a 4-week course in North Northumberland, in either Berwick or Wooler, if there is enough interest.
Breaking the Anxiety Cycle:
This six-week course explores what anxiety is, why it affects us, and how it can impact everyday life. Together we’ll develop practical coping strategies, build confidence, and discover ways to manage anxiety while supporting your ongoing recovery and wellbeing.

Join our 6-week course for an introduction to healthy coping strategies. We will be exploring how to identify the difference between healthy and unhealthy coping strategies and how to implement healthy coping strategies into your daily routine.
Embracing Emotions (DBT Skills)
Do you want to be able to understand your emotions and manage them more effectively? Join our eight week course where we’ll be thinking about different emotions, exploring our own experiences of these and learning practical strategies to help regulate and manage them more effectively.
