Who leads the activities?

Our course facilitators and providers are very diverse. Some of the courses on offer, are provided by health and social care professionals but many of the courses and activities are delivered by people who want to give the opportunity for others to benefit from the skills, information or interests that helped their own recovery into wellness.

The college is a community of people supporting each other to regain and maintain wellbeing in our lives.

Peer support is a vital element in any Recovery College.

Many of the courses and activities are offered by voluntary and community groups within the community who are supporting the college to reach more people and provide opportunities for people to feel more in control of managing their physical and mental wellbeing.
