A peer support group for adults who are autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD, whether you have a diagnosis or are currently on a waiting list.

Join us for relaxed discussions around neurodivergent experiences. You are welcome to listen, chat, or simply spend time in a supportive environment.

Fidgets and colouring resources will be available, and you’re welcome to bring your own comfort items too.
